Nuella Breaks Silence: Carter Efe Accused of Financial Control and Career Sabotage (Nigeria 🇳🇬 )
The brewing social media feud between popular content creator, Carter Efe, otherwise known as Osofo, and the mother of his child, Nuella, has taken a dramatic turn. This follows a video presentation in which Nuella has leveled explosive allegations against the funny man.
Nuella alleges that Carter Efe had total control of her social life and professional goals during the time they were together.
Nuella claimed that Carter blocked all her female friends so that she won’t have anyone to turn to.
According to the statement, he discouraged her from pursuing any career in acting and further deprived her of any chance of working in the medical field, simply on the grounds of jealous misconceptions about male colleagues.
Nuella asserted that Carter threatened her with “taking back the platform” he gave her and that he vowed to destroy her reputation online and make sure she never posts anything again.
"He made sure I kept my family away... he told me he was about to post something calling me a [slur] and that he would make sure I don't ever post myself ever again," Nuella stated.
"This came just after Carter Efe had made several posts about their private life. Nuella seemed shocked by this, as she has just been intimate with him three days ago. She also claims that Carter uses her son’s needs as leverage, making her come to him for the most basic things, like hospital bills.
The issue has triggered massive debate on social media platforms as to the validity of "platform ownership" in relationships and the serious issue of domestic control raised in the relationship by Nuella.
At the time of this writing, Carter Efe has not publicly refuted these particular assertions of sabotage of his career and public isolation.
