Nigeria πŸ‡³πŸ‡¬: Social Media Activist VeryDarkMan Issues "Brotherly Advice" to Victor Osimhen On the game between Nigeria and Mozambique

Popular social media personality and activist, VeryDarkMan (VDM), has publicly reached out to Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen, urging the football star to maintain his composure on the pitch.

In a video message that has since gone viral, the activist adopted a protective, "elder brother" tone, expressing concern over the striker’s recent displays of frustration during matches.

Speaking in a mix of English and Pidgin, VDM emphasized that while he has immense love for the reigning African Footballer of the Year, Osimhen needs to manage his temperament to stay effective.

"Victor Osimhen no dey vex for field, I'm telling you this as a brother that loves you," VDM stated. "These people are not your kids; if you dey para, dey calm down. You'll keep your head in the game and continue."

Osimhen is well-known for his high-energy playing style and vocal leadership, but his intense reactions toward teammates, opponents, and officials have occasionally sparked debate among fans.

While many supporters view his "para" (anger/intensity) as a sign of his winning mentality, VDM’s intervention suggests a growing sentiment that such outbursts could become a distraction. The activist argued that by staying calm, Osimhen can ensure his focus remains strictly on scoring goals and leading the national team.

The Nigerian football community remains divided on the advice. Some fans agree that the Galatasaray loanee needs to "cool his head" to avoid unnecessary bookings, while others believe his fire is exactly what makes him one of the world's most clinical strikers.
