 Music producer and DJ Prince Kaybee has sent a clear and encouraging message to up-and-coming and established producers: he openly grants permission for them to remix his back catalog of popular tracks.

The sentiment was shared by the star via an Instagram post following a direct message he received on TikTok from an enthusiastic fan. The fan's message playfully read: “Sawbona bhut Kabelo / manginga drop a i remix ye charlotte uzongshaya?”* (A colloquial way of asking, "Hello brother Kabelo / if I drop a remix of 'Charlotte,' will you sue me/hit me?").

In response, Prince Kaybee put any concerns to rest with a generous public statement. "Lol shame man, I just wanna say to all producers that I DO NOT MIND if you remix any of the hits we did back in the day," he declared.

He further motivated aspiring artists, adding, "If it helps you get where you need to be, GET IN THERE and be as creative as you possibly can. Goodluck."
