TikTok Star Peller Acquires New Multi-Million Naira Mansion in Lagos

Popular Nigerian TikTok content creator, Habeeb Hamzat, widely known as Peller, has reportedly acquired a new luxurious mansion valued at N350 million. The 20-year-old internet sensation announced the major life milestone on his official Instagram page, sharing his joy and a sense of liberation with his followers.

In a post that quickly went viral, Peller expressed his gratitude, stating, "Look at me. God has been so good to me, and I'm so Grateful to God and my fans all around the world. Congratulations to me? Finally got a place where I can be loud without landlord wahala." The statement, which has since been picked up by various media outlets, highlights his relief at no longer having to deal with the constraints of renting.

According to reports from sources like Daily Post and The Nation, the mansion is located on Chevron Drive in the upscale Lekki area of Lagos. Peller, who is one of Nigeria's most prominent digital creators, reportedly plans to move into the new residence in October 2025.

During a live chat with fellow influencer Sandra Benede, Peller clarified that the acquisition was not solely funded by his earnings from TikTok. He revealed that he also receives significant financial support from wealthy individuals who have chosen to remain anonymous. "People shouldn't think it's just TikTok money. I get deals on the low. Sometimes, wealthy people send me money and ask me not to mention their names," he stated.

The news has sparked a flurry of reactions on social media, with many fans and industry colleagues congratulating the young star on his achievement, while others have questioned the source of his wealth.
