Media personality Lerato Kganyago and her husband, businessman Thami Ndala, are set to host American R&B star Tank as the headline act for the grand opening of their highly anticipated Ndala Mall in Pretoria. The couple, who announced the acquisition of the mall in January 2025, are planning a two-day entertainment extravaganza to mark the launch of what is expected to be a premier retail and lifestyle destination.
Tank, whose real name is Durrell Artaze Babbs, confirmed his participation in a video shared on his Instagram, telling fans, "The Ndala Mall grand opening in Pretoria at the Ndala Arena. I will be performing live this August 2nd and 3rd, two awesome shows. I’m coming, and I’m excited, and I can’t wait to see you."
The performances will take place at the mall's dedicated Ndala Arena. Tickets for the exclusive event are available in various packages, starting from R2,500 for Bronze, up to R15,000 for the premium Diamond option, which includes front-row seating and a meet-and-greet opportunity with the "Maybe I Deserve" hitmaker.
Beyond the star-studded concert, attendees can anticipate a range of launch-day festivities, including special shopping deals and unique installations, promising a night of high-end entertainment synonymous with the Ndala brand.
