Eva Apio Sets the Record Straight: "I Was Never Asake's Girlfriend"

 

Ugandan beauty Eva Apio has denied rumours that she was romantically involved with Nigerian musician Asake. In response to a user's tweet implying they were involved, she addressed this issue on her X account.

It is important to note that because of their numerous public appearances together, there had been conjecture on their relationship before this. Even a picture of the two had been uploaded by a person who claimed to be his girlfriend. As stated by @DavoAntho11623 "Asake and Eva Apio, his girlfriend" Eva Apio responded to this by saying "i was never his girlfriend ."
