Deeone Accuses Verydarkman of TikTok Account Takeover, Vows Retaliation

 A social media firestorm has erupted as former Big Brother Naija housemate, Deeone (Aderombi Adedayo Martin), alleges that his TikTok account was seized through the actions of popular TikTok influencer, Verydarkman (Martins Vincent Otse), and his followers.

Deeone, a comedian, released a video statement accusing Verydarkman (VDM) of orchestrating the account loss, labeling him manipulative and disrespectful. He further claimed VDM misled the public by falsely implying government endorsement of his activities. Deeone vowed to halt what he described as VDM’s exploitation of unsuspecting individuals, asserting his own intellectual superiority.

"I will not let him manipulate innocent people," Deeone declared, also highlighting the international reach of his own support network.

The dispute stems from ongoing tensions between the two, with Deeone having previously criticized VDM’s social media activism. In his recent statement, Deeone also addressed criticism regarding his silence on a corps member’s public grievance against the government. He clarified that the corps member had already voiced her concerns, leaving the matter for official response.

This latest incident marks an escalation in the ongoing feud, raising questions about social media influence and accountability within the Nigerian online community.
