Verydarkman is facing issues with his social media accounts due to the backlash surrounding Bobrisky's audio leak.
Popular media figure Martins Otse, known online as Verydarkman (VDM), has faced online censorship following his recent exposure of a controversial audio involving crossdresser Bobrisky.
According to VDM, his Instagram and Facebook accounts have been repeatedly reported by individuals who hold negative sentiments towards him. As a result, several of his videos, including one filmed inside the House of Representatives in Abuja, have been removed from Instagram.
VDM attributed the increased censorship to his recent release of an audio recording featuring Bobrisky, which made allegations against the Nigerian Correctional Service and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). He claimed that the audio had sparked significant backlash and led to targeted attacks on his social media presence.
Despite facing pressure and receiving various offers to cease his advocacy efforts, VDM has remained steadfast in his commitment to supporting the oppressed. He revealed that he has been approached by numerous TV stations, podcast platforms, modeling agencies, and even received offers as high as N100 million to stop speaking out.
To counter the potential loss of his online platforms, VDM has created a new Instagram page as a backup for his videos. He expressed his desire to empower more young people to stand up for themselves and support those who are marginalized.
