Big Brother Naija winner, Mercy Eke, has talked about why she decided to have cosmetic surgery and how it has affected her life.
Mercy Eke told Kenny’s Glow that she had cosmetic surgery in 2018 because it was popular at the time.
Mercy Eke talked about her experience after having body enhancement surgery and said that her fashion brand was a big motivation for her. She also said that she didn't have the surgery to look better and that it was a one-time thing.
In her statement: It was the trend at the time; maybe peer pressure and everybody was doing it. My body was not that bad, I had a beautiful body but maybe the stomach was a little big. I was really scared then.”
“I didn’t tell my mom because I didn’t want anybody to discourage me. It was me and friends; we planned it and paid for it and the three of us did it together.
The interviewer was amazed by Mercy Eke's body and said she wanted to age as gracefully as her. She also talked about how hard it was after the surgery and the pain she went through before she fully healed.
Mercy further explained,“The fact that you won’t sleep with your butt for 14 days. And when you wake up from surgery, you cry for three days.”
