Asake surpasses Burna Boy on the Billboard Chart.

 Asake has surpassed Burna Boy as the Nigerian artist with the most songs on the Billboard U.S. Afrobeats Songs chart.

Nine tracks from Asake's latest album, "Lungu Boy," made their debut on the Billboard U.S. Afrobeats Songs chart this week.

With the success of his new album, Asake now has a total of 50 songs on the Billboard U.S. Afrobeats Songs chart. His collaboration with Travis Scott, "Active," has reached the number one spot.

Nigerian artists have been leading the Billboard U.S. Afrobeats Songs chart since its launch in April 2022.
