Before his demise, the cousin of Junior Pope discloses what the actor confided in him.

 Mr. Agu, cousin of actor Junior Pope, has opened up about what the actor told him before his sudden passing. During an exclusive chat with WITHIN NIGERIA, Mr. Agu recounted how he met with Junior Pope at a film location in Enugu.

Mr. Agu shared insights into Junior Pope's abundance of visions and plans, including his intention to establish his own production. According to him, the late actor aspired to create a local film industry in the Nsukka area to nurture new talents from the region.

Mr. Agu, detailing his blood ties with Junior Pope, stated, "Junior Pope is my distant cousin, and we both hail from the Umu Oyogu family in Ukehe. I am from Aku, both located in Igbo Etiti LGA, Enugu State." He continued, "I was well acquainted with Junior Pope. As cousins, we often gathered at family events at Prof. Pat Ngwu’s villa in Ukehe. Additionally, being members of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), we frequently crossed paths at film locations in Enugu and Asaba."
